Terms and Conditions — Nautilus by Motoring Attitude Srl
1. Scope of application
These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") apply to all participants (natural or legal persons) who purchase tickets or media accreditations for Nautilus, the annual event organized the 20th of September 2025, at Motel Nautilus in Moregge (LC) – Italy, by Motoring Attitude Srl, registered office in Via San Luca 10 – 20122 Milan – Italy.

2. Ticket purchase / acceptance of T&C
The contract is concluded at the time of payment. By purchasing a ticket, the participant fully accepts these “T&C”. Tickets must be purchased exclusively through the official channels indicated by the organizer (Eventbrite platform or www.motoringattitude.com). Commercial resale of tickets is prohibited. Tickets are sent to the customer’s email and must be shown (in digital or printed form) at the event entrance for access.

3. Photos, videos and drones
Use of cameras and camcorders for personal purposes is permitted in public areas, unless otherwise indicated. The use of unauthorized drones is prohibited for safety reasons. Filming for commercial or promotional purposes is forbidden, unless explicitly authorized by the organizer of the Nautilus event.

4. Food, beverages and alcohol
Food and beverages will be served according to the Italian lifestyle spirit of the event. Alcoholic beverages may be available; consumption is at the participant’s sole responsibility. Excessive consumption, underage drinking or behavior deemed inappropriate due to alcohol will result in immediate expulsion without refund. Motoring Attitude Srl declines all responsibility for damages, health effects, incidents or consequences arising from the consumption of food and/or alcohol at or outside the event, except in cases of mandatory liability under Italian law. At the end of the event, participants who drive their own cars will do so under their sole responsibility. Motoring Attitude Srl shall not be held liable for any violation of the Italian “Codice della Strada” or for any consequences resulting from such violations.

5. Program changes or cancellation of the event
Nautilus is explicitly an outdoor event and may undergo changes or cancellation due to weather conditions or other events beyond the organizer’s control. In the event of total cancellation, tickets will be partially refunded; in the case of partial cancellation or change of date of the event, tickets remain valid, with no right to refund.

6. Force majeure
The organizer is not liable in case of impossibility to provide the planned services due to force majeure: bad weather, strikes, natural disasters, official orders, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, the organizer is not obliged to provide refunds.

7. Privacy and use of personal data
Any personal data collected will be processed by Motoring Attitude Srl in compliance with current regulations and may be used for informational or promotional purposes, including uses by sponsors or partners. Participants may request modification or deletion of their data by contacting the organizer by email.

8. Image rights (official photo/video)
By participating in the event, participants authorize Motoring Attitude Srl to take photos or videos portraying them, their staff or their vehicles during the event. Such content may be used, modified, distributed or published without limitation of time, place or media, including print, web, social media, etc. The transfer is free of charge and without further compensation. The participant releases the organizer from any liability towards third parties relating to the use of images.

9. Limitation of liability
Participation is at the participant’s own risk. Motoring Attitude Srl is not responsible for damage to persons, objects, vehicles or third parties caused during the event. It is the responsibility of participants to obtain additional insurance coverage, if desired.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These “T&C” are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these “T&C”, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
